The Sherwood Elementary School (SES PTA) is preparing its Student Directory for 2011-2012. To ensure accuracy and to produce the Directory quickly while protecting the privacy and preferences of each family, we ask you to either return the directory form - which you will receive in the mail - as soon as possible or to submit your information using this webpage. You are welcome to submit the information before the start of the academic year. The hardcopy form can be returned to the school addressed to the PTA or submitted by email to the Sherwood ES PTA.

The SES PTA wants to remind everyone that the directory and the information it contains may not be used for solicitation, mass mailings or any other purpose unrelated to the mission, objectives and policies of the PTA or by any other organization other than the PTA.
Important:
If you submit the MCPS Do Not Publish form — which you will receive during the summer — and are requesting that your information not be released outside of MCPS and you do NOT submit this form, your information will not be included in the PTA Student Directory.
